About the Offering
This is an introductory 2hr workshop on Ayurveda for Dads offering simple tools to keep the mind and body in balance during all stages of fatherhood.
During this workshop we will look at the ancient principles and practices of Ayurveda which allow us to live in accord with the cycles of nature. Plus yoga postures, breathing exercises, journalling techniques, massage and healthy eating that strengthen, restore and empower the mind and body.
