About the Offering
This is an introductory workshop on Ayurveda for Mothers offering simple tools to keep the mind and body in balance during all stages of motherhood.
Motherhood is a time of endless giving and unconditional loving. We give all of ourselves to see our children thrive. But without continuing to replenish our own cups, our ability to do so becomes strained and depleted. Giving effortlessly and joyously throughout the day and night requires a healthy, balanced physiology.
During this workshop we will look at the ancient principles and practices of Ayurveda which allow us to live in accord with the cycles of nature. Plus yoga postures, breathing exercises, journalling techniques, massage and healthy eating that strengthen, restore and empower the mind and body.
