About the Offering
This in depth series takes us through the 10 pillars of healthy living, diving deeply into holistic health, drawing from the knowledge of Yoga, Ayurveda and Modern science. Tools and techniques are taught and practiced together in these sessions, that can free us from stress, tension, anxiety and help create a more balanced, healthy and thriving life.
In this 8 week programme we begin each session with movement using the yoga postures, breathing exercises and then move into a new area of holistic knowledge that is built upon in each session.
The immersion series continues after the 8 weeks with a private online community to connect everyone and to continue to ask questions, connect community together and to support each other in creating our healthiest and happiest life.
