About the Offering

These are weekly 1 hr beginner yoga classes just for dads. We will move through basic postures to build strength and flexibility, learn simple breathing and relaxation exercises, and look at practical tips for supporting our journey's as dads. They are a great opportunity to come together in a safe space with fellow papas to be together and support one another.
