About the Offering
Ānanda Studios promotes the practice of Yoga or stretch/relaxation within Perth’s local primary and high schools and is catered to the specific age group attending. It can be practiced by any age group and is non competitive, aiming to create balance and a sense of well being amongst its practitioners, through the incorporation of physical postures, breathing techniques and a relaxation practice.
These classes help children connect to themselves, find that quiet place within and learn tools to find inner peace whenever they need to. Learning these tools from a young age can instill strength and stability in their awareness.
